Two days ago the market went down over 600. Yesterday it went up over 400. Today it drops over 500.
Panic
Fear
Loss
Hopelessness
Helplessness
Worry
Anxiety
I'll never retire

Ooops. That might be a mistake. What I am about to say is much easier said than done. But it is true.
